COO / Product Manager

Steve has over 20 years of experience in the fund industry and specializes in fund reporting through various positions with fund administrators, service providers and consulting firms. He has acquired an excellent operational knowledge with dedicated experience in team management, outsourcing activities, customer services and product management.

Reporting scope: 

- Financial Reporting: LUX GAAP, Swiss GAAP, Belgian GAAP, IFRS, French GAAP, Cayman and German GAAP 
- Regulatory Reporting: Regulatory Statistics to CSSF, BCL 
- Investor Documents: KIID, post-NAV client reporting.

Julien

CTO

Solution Architect and Senior Software Developer, Julien is Heading the IT department at Nadi Solutions. Specialised in agile methodology and Lean product development, he drives the application and the team to the most innovative standards of the industry.

Education: 
Ph.D. in Computer Science, specialised in modelling and optimisation. Former postdoc researcher on European and industry-related projects (satellite payloads, car networks, unmanned aerial vehicles networks).

Thomas

Product Owner

Thomas worked for almost four years in the French Banking and Insurance industries as an Analyst Developer and a Project Manager, to help maintaining and upgrading applications used nationwide. He joined Nadi Solutions as a Senior Developer and is now Product Owner, offering expertise to collect and formalise the need of the different stakeholders and defines, with the support of our reporting experts, the future features to integrate within the Nadi application.

Education:

Graduated with a Doctorate in Computer Science from the University of Luxembourg in 2012, specialised in Multicriteria Decision Aid, modelling and optimisation.

Isabelle Spannagel

Head of Project Management, HR & Communication

With an experience of nearly 20 years in Luxembourg Isabelle has got a strong expertise in the Fund industry sector. As a Team Leader during more than 10 years in a Financial Reporting department she has developed significant leaderships skills with a collaborative approach based on active listening, system thinking and continuous improvement. Previously as Process Improvement Manager she was trained in lean management, agile philosophy and project management. The projects she led were always closely tied to software implementation or linked to new regulatory requirements within Operations teams.
