Client Services Officer

Nadi, a Regtech platform based in Luxembourg, is looking for a skilled Client Services Officer to join their Client Services Team. The successful candidate will ensure client’s reporting needs are well understood, properly implemented, and tested within nadi application. In addition, they will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our clients.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Client Service Officer for the support of existing clients and the onboarding of new business.

 

Core Mission

You will join our Client Services Team and be in charge of the day-to-day support for our clients. You will ensure client’s reporting needs are well understood, properly implemented, and tested within nadi application.

Role

  • Actively participate in drafting the Functional Requirement Document together with the client and the Product Expert Team
  • Implement good quality solutions in the application with respect to the Clients’ needs and documentation
  • Make sure that implemented solution meets the client’s test cases
  • Draft the test reports and testing procedures and provide them to the Client
  • Present implemented solution to the Client

Skills required

  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
  • Good sound of knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Detail oriented, fast Learner, team player
  • Client and solution oriented
  • Experience in programming and JavaScript will be seen as an advantage
  • Knowledge of the investment funds industry and fund reporting will be considered as an asset

Experience

0-5 years in a similar position

 

Qualification

Associate degree (BAC+2/3) and above, or equivalent experience
